Every class has been a great experience from the first day I started attending. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for classes. Coach Kenny and all his instructors have the knowledge and patience to work with any skill level.

I love this place! I've been a member for over 2 years. There are several great coaches, Kenny is very patient and detailed in the technique. He is always mindful of posture and safety. He's incredibly motivating and will push you to reach your full potential. You will DEFINITELY break a good sweat while training with him. I've seen so much improvement in myself. Kenny is awesome, highly recommended!
