I love this place! I've been a member for over 2 years. There are several great coaches, Kenny is very patient and detailed in the technique. He is always mindful of posture and safety. He's incredibly motivating and will push you to reach your full potential. You will DEFINITELY break a good sweat while training with him. I've seen so much improvement in myself.
